Thirteen colored pencil drawings after vintage paperback and pulp magazine covers: crime novels, adult fiction, Penguin and Pelican editions. Aline redraws each one by hand, including the original titles, price stickers and publisher logos. She keeps the lurid composition of the source covers but renders the figures in her layered, rainbow-outline style. Several pieces show the full wraparound cover, with the spine and back-cover blurb.
